Customer Service Specialist

Your Company Ltd · Tallinn · Full time, weekdays 9:00–17:00 · €1,500–1,850 gross a month plus a performance bonus

You are the first person our customers talk to. You answer calls, emails and chats, and you solve problems so that people want to come back.

What you would be doing

• Helping customers by phone, email and chat
• Resolving questions about orders, returns and invoices
• Logging every conversation accurately in the helpdesk
• Spotting recurring problems and suggesting how to prevent them

What they are asking for

• At least a year in customer service
• Fluent English, spoken and written
• Good Estonian
• Confident with computers

Nice to have

• Experience with a helpdesk tool such as Zendesk or Freshdesk
• Experience supporting an online shop
